With an eighteen year history as a project manager, Mark transitioned from building custom homes to full time work in the computer industry in 1995. A Certified Netware Administrator, Mark brings to the team a varied skillset, ranging from digital image wizardry, to Web server maintenance, to Cold Fusion scripting. Often called in to provide graphic user interface (GUI) design and to polish look and feel behind mixed teams, Mark has a talent for detail that borders on the extreme.

Currently employed full time as a corporate web administrator; much of Mark's work with WebCastle sites and projects involves consulting and troubleshooting, for the love of the game. It's still fun.

Susan Wallace is a specialist in Cold Fusion based web applications, web project management, research and consulting, and has extensive experience in Network/Systems Administration. She serves as Web Administrator for the Percussive Arts Society, Cold Fusion developer for Humble ISD, and as independent consultant for several organizations and design firms. Projects have included setting up simple to complex Web sites, online training applications, small to medium e-commerce applications (incorporating credit card processing and database integration), technical writing, online registration, online archives and restricted access sites.
