Sister Girl is ready for her night out! She is sporting a 70's look, complete with bell bottoms and platform shoes!

This doll started as an experiment with a 4 piece head. The head was made from moleskin (I do NOT recommend this fabric for doll making!) and her personality was obvious before she even had hair, much less a body!

Her eyes are baked Premo clay, painted and glued to the head. Her "makeup" is by Prismacolor, her Afro is 100% human hair, I believe the item is called an "Afro-puff". The hair is felted onto the head and some glue is used for added strength. Her fingernails are the cheap plastic ones from Wal Mart, cut to the right size, and painted with fingernail polish by Sally Hanson. Her body contains an armature, but because the moleskin stretches so much, she isn't able to stand on her own. She is about 14" tall.

My teenage daughter "claimed" Sister Girl before she was even completed, so this one is not for sale.
